There are TWO ways to register and pay for the CTAM Caribbean
Sun, Sand & CTAM 2008 event :

below. This will take you to our secure payment site where you may pay by Visa,
MasterCard, or American Express.

		2. CHECK PAYMENT: Fill out the form above for each attendee and bring your check and registration form to the event. If you are paying for multiple attendees, please send a separate registration form for each.
